The OBS optical motion sensors are used for the non-contact detection of motion and direction of motion at close range. The sensors have a detection range from 20 mm to 40 mm. They can distinguish between motion and standstill and optionally detect the direction of motion. The standstill speed of up to 5 m/s is set simply by potentiometer.
- For non-contact feed monitoring, also suitable at low speeds and for wires
