HIKROBOT Smart camera MV-SC6050M-00C-NNNV2

The HikRobot smart camera MV-SC6050M-00C-NNNV2 is the 5 megapixel mono variant with a C-mount connection and up to 80 fps. As a monochrome camera it delivers maximum light sensitivity at minimum noise levels, ideal for reading laser markings, UV inspection and high-contrast checks with external lighting.

With a resolution of 2432 × 2048 pixels and a global shutter CMOS, it captures moving objects without distortion artifacts. The integrated Vision Master platform allows complex deep-learning-based image processing directly on the camera.

The Gigabit Ethernet interface (1000 Mbit/s) allows stable data transfer over up to 100 m. Additional interfaces such as VGA and USB host allow monitors and peripherals to be connected. The 17-pin M12 connector combines power supply, opto-isolated inputs and outputs, RS-232 and the light source output in a single connector.

The robust housing with IP67 protection (with the waterproof lens cap correctly installed) is designed for continuous industrial operation. The compact dimensions of 116.3 mm × 68.6 mm × 101.8 mm (4.6" × 2.7" × 4.0") and a weight of approx. 530 g (1.2 lb) allow it to be integrated even into cramped machine designs. Operating temperature range: 0 °C to 50 °C, storage temperature: -30 °C to 70 °C.
