Description

The HikRobot SC3000 vision sensor MV-SC3050M-16M-WBN combines image capture, image processing and communication in a compact device (65.2 mm × 65.2 mm × 47 mm). With its 5 MP CMOS sensor (global shutter) and its long 16 mm focal length, it is ideally suited to long-range inspection with high precision.

The integrated SCMVS software offers a broad range of image processing tools: from precise measurement tools (P2P, P2L, edge measurement, diameter) through recognition algorithms (pattern recognition, code recognition, OCR) to deep learning functions for classification and object recognition. Up to 32 solutions can be stored and called up as needed.

The MV-SC3050M-16M-WBN supports a wide range of industrial communication protocols: PROFINET, EtherNet/IP, Modbus TCP, RS-232, TCP/IP, UDP and FTP as well as MELSEC/SLMP, FINS and Keyence KV. The 17-pin M12 interface connection provides power, Ethernet and digital I/O (NPN/PNP). With IP67 protection, the sensor is designed for harsh industrial environments.

Typical applications for the MV-SC3050M-16M-WBN include high-resolution component inspection, fine measurement, defect detection and precision positioning in electronics and automotive manufacturing. Thanks to its integrated lighting (14 LEDs, white light, optionally red/blue/IR) and the SCMVS software package, the sensor is easy to commission, even without deep knowledge of image processing programming.
