Der HikRobot MV-ID2023XM-12M-RBN gehört zur ID2000-Serie – kompakte, stationäre Industriecodeleser von Hikrobot für anspruchsvolle Automatisierungsaufgaben. Die Serie ermöglicht das zuverlässige Lesen von 1D- und 2D-Barcodes sowie DPM-Codes (Direktmarkierung) wie Lasergravur, Tintenstrahldruck und Nadelprägen.
Hauptmerkmale
- Adopts high-robustness algorithm bis accurately identify difficult codes, such as stained code, skewed code, low-contrast code, und code on laser-marked metal surfaces. - Integrates digital WDR image processing algorithm, und combines with 4-channel light source control und multiple optical accessories for enhancing code clarity. - Adopts modular design, rotatable cable, separated cable, und multi-surface mounting interfaces for flexible mounting. - Supports multi-channel isoliert I/O und multiple industrial protocols for integration into diverse automation systems. - Compatible with IDMVS client software V5.0.0 und later, it can achieve functions such as auto focusing und one-click tuning for fast debugging.
Die kompakten Abmessungen (46 × 25 × 38 mm) erlauben zwei Montagemethoden (seitlich/rückseitig) und ermöglichen die einfache Integration in bestehende Maschinenkonzepte. Der MV-ID2023XM-12M-RBN ist IP65-geschützt und für Betriebstemperaturen von 0 °C bis 50 °C ausgelegt.
