Der HIKROBOT Frame Grabber MV-GY1004 in der Version 2.0 ist die leistungsstärkste CXP-Lösung der HIKROBOT Frame-Grabber-Familie und unterstützt das CXP-12-Protokoll mit einer Verbindungsgeschwindigkeit von bis zu 12,5 Gbps pro Kanal. Dies macht ihn zur idealen Wahl für die neueste Generation hochauflösender CoaxPress-Kameras.
Vier DIN 1.0/2.3-Anschlüsse ermöglichen simultane CXP-1/2/3/5/6/12-Verbindungen. Die PoCXP-Funktion liefert max. 13 W @ 24 VDC pro Kanal direkt über das Koaxialkabel. Der PCI-E gen2 ×8-Bus mit 3.900 MB/s Host-Bandbreite und der leistungsfähige DDR3-Arbeitsspeicher verhindern Datenverluste auch bei maximaler Bilddatenlast.
Unterstützte Pixelformate umfassen Mono 8/10/12/16 und Bayer 8/10/12/16 sowie RGB 8 – ausreichend für alle gängigen Kamerasensortypen. Die MVS-Client-Software und das umfangreiche SDK erleichtern die Inbetriebnahme. Der MV-GY1004 eignet sich besonders für Hochgeschwindigkeitsinspektion, 3D-Profilometrie und anspruchsvolle Robotik-Anwendungen.
