Die Hikrobot MV-PE5501 ist eine Diffuse-Reflexions-Lichtschranke mit einstellbarem Schaltabstand von 5–100 mm, Rot-LED (650 nm) und NPN-Ausgang. Der mehrgängige Trimmer ermöglicht eine stufenlose, feinfühlige Einstellung des Schaltabstands direkt am Sensor – ohne Werkzeug. Kein separater Reflektor erforderlich, da das Nutzsignal direkt vom Objekt zurückreflektiert wird.
Mit einer Ansprechzeit von ≤ 500 µs und einer Hysterese von IP67, Betriebstemperatur –25 °C bis +55 °C, Gehäuse aus hochwertigem Polycarbonat. Typische Einsatzgebiete: Bestückungsautomaten, Verpackungsmaschinen, Kleinteileerkennung.
