Der HikRobot Vision Sensor MV-SC1003C-03S-WBN-SR ergänzt die SC1003C-Baureihe mit einem größeren Arbeitsabstand von 240 mm bei identischer 0,3 MP Farbauflösung (640 × 480). Dies ermöglicht flexible Montagekonzepte, etwa über Abdeckscheiben oder seitlich am Fließband.
Der Farb-CMOS mit Global Shutter und LED-Zielhilfe liefert scharfe, verzerrungsfreie Farbaufnahmen auch bei schnell bewegten Objekten. Die eingebetteten Algorithmen für Farberkennung, Kategorisierung und Anomalie-Erkennung arbeiten vollständig autark – ohne externe SPS-Rechenleistung.
Dank EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, Modbus, MELSEC/SLMP, FINS und Keyence KV ist der Sensor mit allen gängigen Automatisierungsplattformen kompatibel. Die SCMVS-Software führt den Anwender durch die Lösungskonfiguration ohne Programmierkenntnisse – Lösungen lassen sich importieren, exportieren und direkt auf dem Touchscreen überwachen.
Das schlanke Profil von 38 × 38 × 19 mm, ca. 40 g Gewicht und IP54-Schutz gewährleisten zuverlässigen Betrieb auch unter industriellen Bedingungen mit Staub, Spritzwasser und Temperaturschwankungen.
