Der HikRobot Vision Sensor MV-SC1008M-05S-WBN-NR bietet mit 0,8 MP Auflösung (1024 × 768) und Brennweite 4,9 mm signifikant mehr Bilddetail als die 0,3-MP-Modelle der SC1000-Serie. Bei einem Arbeitsabstand von 120 mm lassen sich auch feine Strukturen, Schriften und kleinste Fehlstellen sicher erkennen.
Das integrierte Kreuzlaser-Zielsystem ermöglicht eine millimetergenaue Positionierung des Sensors – besonders wertvoll bei der Erstinstallation und bei Formatwechseln. Der CMOS-Sensor mit Global Shutter und 15 fps arbeitet verzerrungsfrei auch bei schnell laufenden Teilen.
Die eingebettete Echtzeit-Bildverarbeitung führt Messungen (Durchmesser, Breite, P2L), Existenzprüfungen sowie Zähl- und Klassifikationsaufgaben direkt im Sensor aus. Kommunikationsseitig unterstützt der Sensor Modbus, EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, TCP/IP und weitere Industrieprotokolle.
Das schlanke Gehäuse (38 × 38 × 19 mm, ca. 40 g) mit IP54-Schutz eignet sich für den dauerhaften Einsatz in staubigen und feuchten Produktionsumgebungen. Die SCMVS-Software ermöglicht parametergestützte Inbetriebnahme ohne Programmierkenntnisse.
