Der HikRobot Vision Sensor MV-SC1008M-05S-WBN-SR verbindet die hohe 0,8 MP-Bildauflösung (1024 × 768) des SC1008M mit einem erweiterten Arbeitsabstand von 240 mm – ideal für Inspektionsaufgaben, bei denen der Sensor nicht unmittelbar am Objekt montiert werden kann.
Der Kreuzlaser liefert eine präzise visuelle Ausrichtungshilfe, während der CMOS Global Shutter bei 15 fps bewegungsfreie Bilder selbst auf schnellen Transportbändern sicherstellt. Die eingebetteten KI-Algorithmen erkennen Anomalien, Konturen und Abstände ohne externe Recheneinheit.
Mit Unterstützung für EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, Modbus, TCP/IP, MELSEC/SLMP und Keyence KV lässt sich der Sensor in nahezu jede bestehende Automatisierungsumgebung integrieren. Die mitgelieferte SCMVS-Software vereinfacht die Einrichtung durch geführte Assistent-Dialoge erheblich.
Kompakte Abmessungen von 38 × 38 × 19 mm, ein Gewicht von nur ca. 40 g und Schutzklasse IP54 ermöglichen die Integration in enge Maschinenrahmen sowie den Betrieb unter industriellen Umgebungsbedingungen.
