Der HikRobot SC3000 Vision Sensor MV-SC3016C-12M-WBN integriert Bilderfassung, Bildverarbeitung und Kommunikation in einem kompakten Gerät (65,2 mm × 65,2 mm × 47 mm). Mit seinem 1,6-MP-CMOS-Sensor (Global Shutter) und der mittlere 12-mm-Brennweite eignet er sich hervorragend für die Inspektion bei mittleren Arbeitsabständen.
Die integrierte SCMVS-Software stellt ein umfassendes Spektrum an Bildverarbeitungs-Tools bereit, darunter Farberkennung, Farbmessung und Farbzählung für anspruchsvolle Farbinspektionsaufgaben. Ergänzt durch Deep-Learning-Werkzeuge (DL-Klassifizierung, DL-Objekterkennung), OCR-Erkennung und umfangreiche Messwerkzeuge ermöglicht der Sensor die Lösung komplexer Prüfaufgaben ohne externe Steuereinheit. Bis zu 32 Projekte können gespeichert und verwaltet werden.
Der MV-SC3016C-12M-WBN unterstützt eine Vielzahl industrieller Kommunikationsprotokolle: PROFINET, EtherNet/IP, Modbus TCP, RS-232, TCP/IP, UDP und FTP sowie MELSEC/SLMP, FINS und Keyence KV. Die 17-polige M12-Schnittstellenverbindung stellt Stromversorgung, Ethernet und digitale I/O (NPN/PNP) bereit. Mit Schutzklasse IP67 ist der Sensor für raue Industrieumgebungen ausgelegt.
Typische Einsatzgebiete des MV-SC3016C-12M-WBN umfassen Farbsortierung und Qualitätsprüfung, Etiketten- und Bedruckungskontrolle, Farbcodes-Erkennung sowie Produktpräsenzprüfung in Fertigungslinien. Dank integrierter Beleuchtung (14 LEDs, weißes Licht, wahlweise Rot/Blau/IR) und dem SCMVS-Softwarepaket ist der Sensor einfach in Betrieb zu nehmen – auch ohne tiefe Kenntnisse der Bildverarbeitungsprogrammierung.
